Ordering Notes:

By ordering, you confirm that all supplied content and intellectual property are lawful and accept responsibility for related claims. The order serves as print authorisation.

Orders usually ship in 1-2 days; the dispatch location depends on order scheduling.

1. Artwork: JPG or CDR in CMYK. Text strokes should be at least 8 mm wide. Keep key content 3 cm from edges, or 5 cm when corner eyelets are used.

2. Resolution: use about 150-200 dpi for prints up to 3 m and 80-100 dpi around 5 m; larger prints can use lower resolution.

3. No white margin is added by default. Include any required white border in the artwork itself.

4. Gloss film is smooth and shiny; matte film has a frosted appearance.

5. For pieces wider than 1.5 m on the short edge, panels may require customer assembly with a vertical 1-2 cm overlap. Products ship rolled; cutting tolerance is about 3-5 mm.

6. Minor creases can occur during rolled transport. Peel back the release liner and smooth the print flat after delivery.

7. For large stickers on smooth surfaces, lightly mist water to aid positioning, then squeegee it out completely. Do not wet rough surfaces; water does not increase adhesion.
